Paul built himself from the ground up — literally from the age of seven.
He served in the British Army for twelve years as a paratrooper and special forces physical training instructor. He built leadership standards and rare ability to make people want to be pushed. His sessions were the ones soldiers looked forward to. Most people can make training hard. Very few can make it something people leave feeling good about.
