Naturo Co. — University Wellbeing Programmes
For universities & student services

Real help for
stressed students.

Practical, body-based, and built to work alongside your counselling service.

Between drop-in and counselling.

Most university support sits at two ends. Drop-in wellbeing events at one. One-to-one counselling, with a queue, at the other.

Some students in between are anxious, flat, running on empty or a bit too alone. They need more structure than a drop-in and less weight than a referral. That is where we work.

More than half of UK students say they have experienced mental health difficulties.

One programme. Six areas.

These issues rarely turn up alone, so every group works across all six.

Anxiety and low mood

Tools to settle the nervous system and lift the day, not just get through it.

Burnout

Sleep, recovery and energy that last the whole term.

Tech health

Get your attention back from your phone.

Confidence

Take up room. Speak up. Mean it.

Social isolation

Real people, same room, doing the work together.

Somatic regulation

Body-based skills for the moment stress hits.

Three ways to work with us.

Workshops, an 8-week group programme, or the programme plus one-to-one clinic support.

How it works.

  • Format: 8 weeks, with 75-minute sessions and groups of 8–40
  • Where: on campus or online
  • When: fitted to your calendar, from a single term to welcome week and exam season
  • Who: open to all students, whatever they study

Who delivers.

Our team of psychotherapists (MBACP / UKCP), a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC), fully qualified teachers, and emotional wellbeing, movement and somatic specialists. Meet the team.

Naturo was founded in 2012 by Chloé Silverman, who has spent over a decade helping people build real capacity rather than manage symptoms.

Safe by design.

  • All practitioners insured and DBS-checked
  • All practitioners trained in Safeguarding Adults and First Aid
  • A clear safeguarding and referral pathway back into your counselling and crisis services
  • GDPR-compliant handling of student data
  • Nutrition support covers food and lifestyle only: no supplement or herbal prescribing, and medical concerns go to the student's GP or campus health service
  • Group programmes are not counselling or clinical treatment. We say so plainly, to students and to you.

What you get back.

Every series is measured with standard before-and-after wellbeing questionnaires. At the end you get a short report covering attendance, outcomes and what students said.

Why a CIC.

Naturo Clinical Group is a Community Interest Company. It exists for community benefit, and its profits go into community events and education.

Questions.

Is this counselling?

The group programmes are not. They sit alongside your counselling service, and students who need clinical support are referred straight back to your team.

Who is it for?

All students. No diagnosis or referral needed for workshops and programmes.

How do students reach one-to-one support?

Only by referral from your counselling or wellbeing team.

Can it run online?

Yes. Every programme runs on campus or online.

Is there a pilot rate?

Yes. A first term is available at a reduced rate, in exchange for a short case study and student feedback.

Run a pilot with us.

Start with one series, one term. Measure it. Decide from there.
