The people who run our workshops and group programmes.
Dhuryahdas works in contrasts. His sessions start high-energy, with breath, rhythm and live sound that get the whole room moving, then drop into something deeply relaxing and soothing, so the nervous system can settle and the head clears. He leads emotional wellness workshops for Berkshire Music Trust, and as a teacher he knows how to hold a room. He has years of training in breath and sound practice, and has taken his sessions into some of the most high-pressure workplaces going, including major construction firms.
Effrosyni is an actress and a teacher, at school and university level. For her, performance is a way back into the body: voice, movement and story become a place to set down what we carry. She knows how to bring a room of students to life, and how to make it feel safe enough to play. In her sessions, students use voice and body to shake off tension and build confidence, no acting experience needed. They step out of their heads, laugh together and leave lighter.
Paul is a personal trainer and former paratrooper, who spent twelve years in the British Army, including time at Sandhurst as a physical training instructor to young cadets, among them future world leaders. He knows how much moving your body can shift your head, and makes exercise feel welcoming rather than intimidating. His sessions are a fun, no-pressure introduction to training: how to burn off stress, sleep better and feel stronger, whatever your starting point. Students leave with personal goals, standards to hold themselves to, and simple routines they can keep using long after the programme ends.
One-to-one psychotherapy and nutrition support, alongside the group programmes.
Sacha helps people build healthy relationships, with partners, friends, family and themselves, and eases the anxiety and stress they can bring. She works through the body as well as the mind, drawing on Somatic Experiencing and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Maya helps people build eating habits that protect them for life: weight management, a healthy heart, and avoiding metabolic syndrome and other food-related illness. If weight is a concern, she's the person to see. Her advice is simple and easy to stick to.
Megan focuses on overall health and vitality: feeling well, with energy that lasts, built on everyday habits around sleep, food and stress. A nutritionist with a nursing background, she keeps her advice simple, realistic and easy to fit into a busy week.
The thinking and research our practitioners work from.
Chloé has spent 15 years helping people build capacity. A former naturopath, she designed the Naturo Method for the Naturo clinic, and the Feel, Move, Make Method for Naturo Co. She sees energy as something you build, not something you force. She hand-picked this team, and has worked with young adults at the edges, from refugee missions to prominent musicians touring in their teens.
A medical doctor, professor and researcher with over 40 years in integrative medicine and more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, covering recovery, nervous system regulation, breathwork and longevity. Marc doesn't see clients; his research shapes our framework.
Two decades studying meditation, neuroscience and how attention and focus work. Jase doesn't see clients; his work shapes our approach to focus and emotional regulation.
